By accessing or using WhosRight, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant WhosRight a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates the rights of others.
Posts are displayed anonymously to other users. We collect and store your email and username for account management. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Free tier features are available without payment.
Each user may cast one vote per post. Manipulating votes through multiple accounts or automated means is prohibited and may result in account termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
WhosRight is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. Voting results are community opinions, not professional advice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
